  1. * spot forming cells (SFC)/5 × 104 cells. HLA-B8+ CD8+ T cells were stimulated for one week with dendritic cells pulsed with no peptide, LMP2345-352 or EBNA3A325-333 and then analyzed in ELISPOT assays against vvTK-, vvLMP2 and vvEBNA3A infected DCs. Specific responses as judged by the criterion of 10 spots over background and at least a 1.5 ratio of vvLMP2 to vvTK-stimulated spots are highlighted in bold.
